How much does sod cost?
Pricing is per square foot and depends on grass type, tear-out and access. We give a flat installed price covering sod, prep and haul-away.
How do I water new sod?
Heavy daily watering for the first 10–14 days, then taper to deeper, less frequent cycles. We leave you a written schedule.
How long before I can walk or mow on it?
Keep traffic light for two weeks. First mow is usually around day 14–21 once the roots have anchored.
Which grass is best for my yard?
St. Augustine for most shaded suburban lots, Zoysia for a premium fine-blade look, Bahia for large sunny lots with limited irrigation.
Do you fix the irrigation too?
We adjust and cap heads as part of the install and can flag repairs. Full system rebuilds we'll quote separately.
